In today’s technologically advanced world, many people have bought products/paid bills online. One thing that enticed almost everyone, the main reason for having multiple credit cards, was to get the offers available to specific credit card holders. The modern-day credit cards can be traced to the 1950s, and in just a few decades, they became an integral part of the banking system. SBI Cards and Payment Services Ltd has been in the business for over 2 decades and provides such services with great offers for many renowned brands.

It was listed on the Indian stock market.

Credit cards are provided mainly by unlisted subsidiaries of banks/financial institutions. It holds 2nd place amongst the credit card providers. It has received several awards for its excellence in customer support, technological advancement and innovative products. Various indices have it as its constituent, such as the Nifty 100, Nifty Financial Services, etc.
