Indiabulls Infrastructure and Power Ltd. was incorporated.

It was listed on the Indian stock market.
November 2014
The name of the company was changed to RattanIndia Infrastructure Ltd.
April 2021
The name of the company was changed to RattanIndia Enterprises Ltd.
It has gone through a tough time due to the loss-making infrastructure business. Still, it kept shifting its business towards new-age technology through acquisitions and mergers. Later, as it closed its Infra business, it changed its name to RattanIndia Enterprises Ltd. to better reflect its business.
It has businesses, such as Cocoblu, Revolt, Neobrands, Wefin, Neosky, Throttle Aerospace Systems, Matternet, etc., under it in the form of a subsidiary. Various indices, such as the Nifty 500, Nifty Total Market, etc., have it as their constituent.
It moved from the loss-making Infrastructure business to new age business by acquiring a 60% stake in Throttle Aerospace Systems through its wholly owned subsidiary Neosky. Thus creating a positive sentiment amongst the investors resulting in an almost 47 times increase in its share price between August 2019 and July 2021.
