Havells India Ltd is a leading Fast Moving Electrical Goods (FMEG) company. Havells owns brands like Havells, Lloyd, Crabtree, Standard Electric, Reo and Promptec.

1971: Havells was bought as a brand by Mr Qimat Rai Gupta.

1983: Havells India Ltd. was incorporated.

1995: Listed on BSE.

The company manufactures and sells various electrical products, such as fans, lighting, appliances, switches, cables, wires, motors, capacitors, and water heaters.
