It got listed on the National Stock Exchange.
It is a subsidiary of Whirlpool Corporation, an American MNC. Through its 3 manufacturing plants located in Faridabad, Pune and Pondicherry, it manufactures varied daily-use electronics to improve the living standard of its customers, such as refrigerators, washing machines, air conditioners, microwaves, dishwashers, purifiers, etc. The presence of its products can be seen in Afghanistan, Sri Lanka and China.
Various indices, such as the Nifty Consumer Durables, S&P BSE 500, etc., have it as their constituent. In FY 23, it spent ₹ 12.10 Crores on Corporate Social Responsibility for its initiatives focused on promoting employment, enhancing vocational skills for youth employability, community development plans near its factories, etc.
